GREAT TIPS Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Follow food safety standards and proper food handling protocols to ensure quality and safety Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring product freshness, and communicating stock needs Requirements Prior barista experience AT LEAST 1 YEAR or background in food service is preferred; enthusiasm for coffee culture is a plus Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced café environment Reliable team player with good communication skills and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee meets your desire to serve others!
