Barista

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at Basecamp at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee beverages, and other beverages to customers. Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served Prepare and serve food to customers following the instructions provided Take customer orders and handle transactions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner Manage inventory for Basecamp Requirements: Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to stand for 6 - 8 hours per day, bend, stoop, crouch Handles cleaning chemicals Tip eligible Must be 21 or older
