Job Overview Pompadour Café is a modern French-inspired café located in Topanga Social, seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about coffee, customer service, and delivering a high-quality café experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) with consistency and quality Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station Assist with light food prep (crepes, pastries) as needed Handle POS transactions accurately Qualifications Previous barista or coffee shop experience required Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Flexible schedule (weekends and evenings preferred) Food Handler Certificate required Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
