What You'll Do: Craft quality espresso drinks and coffee beverages with care and consistency Greet customers with genuine warmth and create a welcoming atmosphere Work the register and handle transactions accurately Keep the caf clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift Collaborate with our baking team to showcase our fresh products Learn about our menu and make thoughtful recommendations to customers Expedite and package baked goods and manage pastry inventory What We're Looking For: You're friendly, reliable, and genuinely enjoy working with people. You have (or are eager to develop) barista skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm during busy periods. No extensive experience required just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! You'll be in good company if you're excited to work hard and be a team player.
