Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Manage food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Handle cash register operations efficiently while performing retail math to give correct change and process payments Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as needed to ensure quick service during busy hours Requirements Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and retail transactions Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light equipment or supplies, and work in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about coffee, eager to deliver memorable guest experiences, and ready to thrive in a lively café setting.
