Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for coffee baristas. This role involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, serving customers, and ensuring a clean and safe dining area. Duties Prepare food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Operate POS systems such as Aloha and Micros for order processing and payment transactions. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines for food handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of menu offerings. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a quick-service or fast-food environment.
