Job description Vieti Coffee is dedicated to bringing tradition of Vietnamese coffee to our community.Our coffee is brewed using expresso machines and phin filter technique, a slow-drip method that creates a bold, smooth, and deeply flavorful cup.We are seeking for passionate barista to join our team!! Job Overview As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality Vietnamese coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.Your role will involve not only preparing coffee and other drinks but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.Responsibilities Prepare and serve authentic Vietnamese coffee, matcha, teas and other drinks according to standard recipes.Educate customers about our brewing methods and coffee culture.Provide friendly service in a warm, community-focused atmosphere.Maintain cleanliness and organized workspace.Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices are adhered to at all times.Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.Qualifications Passionate about coffee and providing excellent customer service Previous barista and customer service experience preferred Willing to learn about coffee brewing methods and adapt to team environment Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Available Positions Saturday/Sunday/Monday Expected hours:30-40 per week Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Shift:8-10 hour shift If you love coffee, enjoying connecting with people, and want to be part of something unique, we'd love to hear from you!
