As we continue to grow, we require additional barn and breeding staff.We are an active breeding and foaling facility.This position does require barn chores.Some of the responsibilities include assisting with regular grooming and braiding, cleaning 30 +/- stalls and pastures and maintaining a clean barn, turn in/out as needed, watering, feeding, stacking barns with hay and shavings.Must be able to lift bales of hay (50 lbs) and shavings.MUST have experience handling horses.MUST have transportation and be reliable, able to take direction, work independently as well a with others, demonstrate time management and prioritization, as well as comfortably handle a variety of large size breeding stallions, foals, mares and geldings.Weekend hours are required, 8:00 - 4:00 pm, weekday hours are negotiable.Interview is required.Weekly pay.Housing is NOT available.Not currently accepting applicants outside of the US.Salary is dependent upon level of experience.Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule:8 hour shift Day shift Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay:Bonus opportunities Ability to Commute:Feeding Hills, MA 01030 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Feeding Hills, MA 01030:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
