Job OverviewPrivate horse stable in Calverton, NY seeks a part time person with experience working with large breed horses.Duties include but are not limited to; mucking, feeding, grooming, moving hay and grain, turn out and turn in, blanketing, keeping up with overall cleanliness and tidiness of the barn, as well as doing routine night checks.Must be self starter, motivated, reliable, detail oriented, meticulous.Prior experience caring for horses is a must.References required.Pay:From $20.00 per hour Expected hours:10.0 - 30.0 per week Experience:Equine:4 years (Required) Language:English (Preferred) Location:Calverton, NY 11933 (Preferred) Shift availability:Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Calverton, NY 11933 (Required) Work Location:In person.
