54 Restaurant & Lounge 54 Restaurant & Lounge is looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. Our restaurant blends Vietnamese cuisine with a lively bar experience, featuring classic cocktails, house creations, and drinks inspired by Vietnamese flavors and ingredients. We’re looking for someone who can handle a busy bar, create great cocktails, and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal bartender is organized, confident during high-volume service, and takes pride in both the drinks they make and the hospitality they provide. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests Execute classic cocktails and house specialty drinks with consistency Engage with guests and create a welcoming, energetic bar atmosphere Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar Restock and manage bar inventory during shifts Work efficiently during busy service periods Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines Manage Clover POS systems efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
