Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders and payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during events like banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using strong time management skills Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations Familiarity with food service operations, catering setups, and beverage preparation techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or private parties Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality excellence!
