Bartender | Bremen HouseJob Overview Bremen House is an exciting new German-inspired sports bar and restaurant opening soon in Downtown Los Angeles, and we are currently building our opening team. We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Bartenders who are passionate about guest experience, European beer culture, and creating a lively social atmosphere. Our concept features a curated selection of German beers, imported European beverages, wine, and elevated bar offerings in a high-energy sports dining environment. As a Bartender at Bremen House, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new restaurant concept from the ground up and grow with a dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of German beers, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and professionalism Provide friendly, energetic, and attentive customer service while building strong guest relationships Guide guests through beer and wine selections while offering recommendations and upselling opportunities Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area in accordance with sanitation and food safety standards Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, Micros, or similar platforms Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking bar supplies and beverage products Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including ID verification and professional guest management Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service during high-volume shifts and sporting events Assist with opening and closing side work duties Qualifications Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred Experience in sports bars, beer halls, restaurants, nightlife, or high-volume hospitality environments is a plus Knowledge of beer, wine, and beverage service preferred, especially European or German beer styles Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, Micros, or similar platforms preferred Basic cash handling and math skills Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong teamwork mentality Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts Why Join Bremen House?
