Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Toast POS to ensure accurate billing Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety regulations Restock bar supplies promptly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub service needs Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and alcohol service at all times Manage time effectively during peak hours to serve multiple guests efficiently without compromising quality Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for special events or daily operations Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong customer service skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods smoothly Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management Strong communication skills to engage guests and collaborate with team members effectively Experience in food industry roles including catering, food handling, and retail math is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced hospitality settings while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
