Duties Mix and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders swiftly and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light fare to complement drinks. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to venue policies, especially in nightclub or banquet environments. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple drink orders during busy periods efficiently. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and drink measurements. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets.
