Job Description
Applicants must have a valid legal status and authorization to work for any employer in the United States. Payroll includes hourly rate, pool tips and extra tips per week. Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, lounge, or fine dining environment required. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques. Ability to prepare cocktails consistently while maintaining high presentation and service standards. Experience creating cocktail menus, liquor lists, and seasonal beverage specials is preferred. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area at all times. Provide excellent guest service with a professional, friendly, and hospitality-driven attitude. Ability to recommend cocktails, spirits, and pairings based on guest preferences. Manage bar inventory, restocking, and monitor product levels when needed. Handle cash, POS systems, and guest transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and teamwork.
