Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their drink orders with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Manage multiple tables simultaneously while providing attentive customer service while preparing drinks for the rest of the resturant Upsell menu items confidently to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, billing, and sales tracking Experience in catering or food service environments is advantageous Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales reporting Join our team if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
