Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Manage POS systems such efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols. Handle cash register operations accurately, including cashiering duties, basic math calculations, and retail math for sales reconciliation. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub service, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and excellent service. Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; catering or food industry experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems ; previous cashiering or cash handling experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively environment. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving techniques. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management. Experience in retail math or hospitality roles involving brewing or food service is advantageous.
