Bartender: Blu Ocean Grille inside Encore at Tradition is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable bartender to join our team! We are seeking someone who is takes pride in what they do, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents and guests. Responsibilities May Include: Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Providing attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and dining areas Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar Following all recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines Handling cash and POS transactions accurately Restocking bar supplies and assisting with opening/closing duties Working as a team with servers, kitchen staff, and management to create a great guest experience Qualifications: Previous bartending experience Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Nights, weekends, and holiday availability may be required At Blu Ocean Grille, we value teamwork, professionalism, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
