Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an outstanding customer experience Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately while maintaining efficient service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards at all times Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age regulations Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages proactively to meet customer demand during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during events such as banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; previous retail or food service experience is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours without compromising quality Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management accurately Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in high-energy environments Experience with serving at large events like banquets or catering functions is a plus Knowledge of brewing techniques or hospitality industry standards is advantageous This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
