Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and tabs accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol serving regulations and promoting a safe environment. Restock supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, while managing inventory levels effectively. Collaborate with team members during busy shifts, including nightclubs or banquet events, to deliver seamless service in fast-paced settings. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food industry standards related to food handling, food safety, and responsible alcohol serving. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques and upselling beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising service quality. Experience in catering or retail math helps ensure accurate cash handling and billing procedures. A background in hospitality or food service roles that involve serving customers in fast-paced environments is advantageous.
