About us Harbor Fish Market & Grille is a small family owned and operated full-service restaurant in Baileys Harbor, WI.We are supportive, fun, inclusive and our goal is to create beautiful and delicious food and beverages while providing an outstanding customer experience.Our work environment is centered around teamwork and collaboration.We want to foster a work environment that provides growth opportunities (both personally and professionally) for our employees to thrive.Compensation:Hourly wage tips Responsibilities:Provide high quality service to customers Adhere to all local and national liquor laws Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders/maintain bar tabs Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety Assist with inventory and inventory control Clean glasses and bar utensils Keep floors and chairs in and around the bar clean by sweeping and mopping Qualifications:Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations by obtaining an operator license Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to read and speak English proficiently Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay:From $14.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Ability to Commute:Baileys Harbor, WI 54202 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Baileys Harbor, WI 54202:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
