Bartender

Bargaritas Sports Bar & Grill – Bartender Position Job description: Bartender and Server *Must be friendly, have strong communication skills, and can establish an instant rapport with customers. Specific Functions and Duties Prepares drinks according to our recipes. Completes all assigned prep work. Practice sanitary and safe food and drink handling at all times. Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during and after shift. Completes assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Qualification Standards: Must be able to stay on his/her feet for shift. Lift moderately heavy loads like cases of beer or wine. Cutting fruit into slices to be used as garnishes. Understand alcohol safety procedures to prevent over-intoxication. Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required. Mobility required during the entire shift. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have or obtain OLCC Server Permit. Previous Bartender experience is a Plus. Maintain good personal hygiene. Requirements: Friendly person who truly enjoys interacting with others. Strong work ethic and full commitment to guest satisfaction. Works well with others/team player. Maintains composure while under stress. Plans and organizes.
