OverviewJoin our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energetic personality and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests.In this dynamic role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, engage with diverse clientele, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back.Your expertise in food safety, POS systems, and customer service will be vital to delivering top-tier hospitality in a fast-paced environment.Whether working in a lively nightclub, elegant restaurant, or bustling banquet setting, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction.Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision Engage with customers to provide friendly, attentive service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including serving drinks, taking orders, and managing tabs during busy shifts Support catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by setting up bar stations and providing excellent beverage service in various settings Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing procedures Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety Experience with serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements and responsible beverage service practices Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Bartender where your energy fuels unforgettable guest experiences!
