La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role This is performance with discipline. You execute cocktails with speed, consistency, and clean movement. The guest experience at the bar is warm, composed, and precise.
