Craft Cocktail Bartender – High-Energy Whiskey Bar Little Wolf / Flip & Howl Burger Kitchen – North Denver, CO We’re looking for 2 craft cocktail bartenders to grow our team at one of North Denver's best whiskey and cocktail bars. If you have deep craft cocktail knowledge, love whiskey (especially American Single Malt), and have a gregarious, hospitality-minded personality, we want to talk to you. We’re a high-energy, midcentury-inspired whiskey bar with a popular cocktail program and a deep focus on American whiskey. We value skill, hustle, humility, and genuine hospitality above all else. Great candidates for our vibe are team players who love people and are motivated to keep the work area clean and organized. We've just launched a brand new food concept under the Little Wolf umbrella called Flip & Howl Burger Kitchen. The response has been great so far and we are getting busier and need to maintain a super-high level of quality from the bar side - the core of Little Wolf. What We’re Looking For Deep knowledge of craft cocktails and classic builds with the ability to execute consistently at a high level Strong understanding of all whiskey categories, with genuine passion for American Single Malt - this is crucial A clean, organized, and proactive work ethic — someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without being asked Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Warm, genuine customer service skills and the ability to create regulars Positive attitude and humble personality — no egos, no divas Team-first mindset — we lift each other up here Willingness to work some day shifts (hybrid server-bartender role as we grow our hours) Eagerness to keep learning — spirits history, brand stories, and helping guests discover new favorites What You’ll Do Craft exceptional cocktails with precision and care Deliver outstanding service in both bar and occasional floor service Maintain impeccable bar cleanliness and organization Help educate guests about whiskey and cocktails Represent our bar with pride and professionalism Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture What We Offer We pay tipped minimum wage - $16.27/hour for night shifts - more for day shift as we are currently building the day business Growth opportunities as we expand A serious whiskey and cocktail program with great spirits to work with A small family-oriented team that and upholds high standards If you’re a humble, hardworking, knowledgeable bartender who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a passionate local spot, we’d love to meet you.
