Bartender

The Marlborough Tavern is seeking an experienced and personable bartender to join our team! This position offers full time and part time hours with availability required on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 2 pm - close 9-10 pm and weekends 11 am to 9 pm. Responsibilities crafting high quality cocktails serving wine and beer in a full service restaurant setting. providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming bar atmosphere. maintaining knowledge of our drink menu and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience. ensuring compliance with TIPS and Health code certification standards. Requirements Minimum 3 years of similar bartending experience in a full service restaurant. strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and beer service. excellent communication and multi tasking skills. Compensation $8.23/ hour ( tip credit wage) plus Great tips, offering strong earning potential.
