Overview Oaklore Distilling Co. is looking for confident, professional, and hospitality driven bartenders to join our growing team. Oaklore Distilling is a craft distillery focused on creating premium spirits from scratch using our own products throughout the cocktail and guest experience. In addition to craft cocktails, we also offer bottle sales, retail spirit sales, beer, and wine service. We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, spirits, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is more than bartending. We are looking for individuals who enjoy educating guests, telling the story behind our products, and creating an elevated distillery and bar experience. What We’re Looking For We are looking for associates who are: Professional and reliable Guest focused Friendly and polished Passionate about spirits and cocktails Comfortable in high volume environments Team oriented Strong communicators and natural storytellers Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Educate guests on Oaklore spirits and production Create elevated guest interactions and distillery experiences Support bottle sales and retail sales Maintain a clean and organized bar Follow opening and closing procedures Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol laws Maintain professionalism during high volume operations Accurately handle POS transactions Support private events and activations when scheduled Requirements Bartending experience preferred Strong hospitality and communication skills Interest in craft spirits and cocktail culture Ability to work nights, weekends, and events Ability to multitask in fast paced environments Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation Must be 21 years of age or older Compensation Hourly pay plus tips Biweekly payroll Tip pooling structure based on shift operations and events Opportunities for private events and activations Work Environment At Oaklore Distilling, we believe hospitality should feel polished, genuine, and welcoming.
