Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate supply needs for upcoming events or shifts. Assist with food service when necessary, including serving snacks or light meals during events or at the bar. Support event setup and breakdown, including catering and banquet functions, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Skills Proven experience in food industry roles such as fine dining, nightclub bartending, or banquet service. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy periods. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling practices, and proper alcohol serving procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in retail math, cashiering, brewing, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
