Bartender Summary Ozzy's Ride & Dine is seeking a charismatic, detail-oriented, and experienced Bartender to be the face of our upper floor cocktail lounge. A bartender is the heartbeat of the front-of-house, responsible for more than just pouring drinks. They are part mixologist, part customer service expert, and part brand ambassador. The ideal candidate balances speed and precision with a charismatic personality to create an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Drink Preparation: Prepare a wide range of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wine, and beer, following exact recipes and presentation standards. Customer Engagement: Greet guests, present menus, make recommendations based on preferences, and manage the general "vibe" of the bar area. Transactions & Compliance: Process payments accurately using POS systems and strictly verify identification to ensure all guests meet the legal drinking age. Stock Management: Maintain an organized bar environment, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking garnishes, glassware, and spirits. Safety & Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations (e.g., TIPS or SERVSAFE), ensuring the bar is clean and sanitized at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in high-volume bar / craft mixology settings Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A successful Bartender is one who anticipates guest needs before they are voiced, maintains a seamless rapport with other Ozzy's team members, and ensures that every guest leaves Ozzy's looking forward to their next visit. Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour Work Location: In person
