BARTENDER/SERVER 12 Hawks in Ephrata is looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer service, and can help create a great experience for our guests. Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance, including proper hygiene and report to work as scheduled, in uniform and ready to take over your station. Greets guests immediately upon arrival and acknowledges them at departure. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests. Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Accurately enters orders on point-of-sale system. Check ALL customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Clears, cleans and presets tables promptly upon guests’ departure. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Demonstrates safe cash handling procedures in accordance with policy and accurately completes cash, credit card, and discount transactions. Willingly assists others without being asked. Cleans and sanitizes surfaces at the end of the shift. Complete other duties as assigned. Skills Must be 21 + Resume and proven working experience as a bartender. Weekend and night availability required. Computer literacy. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
