Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role is crucial in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests while adhering to food safety standards. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure efficient service. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and calculating drink prices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including sales techniques and inventory management. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
