Position Summary The Server/Bartender provides exceptional guest service whilemaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role ishands-on, fast-paced, and requires flexibility to cover both serving andbartending duties with professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities Bartending Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages followingrecipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service Restock bar and manage inventory as needed Serving Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beveragespromptly Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Safety & Compliance Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Use all equipment, tools, and glassware safely Report hazards or incidents immediately Enforce a culture of safety and accountability at all times Teamwork & Accountability Communicate clearly and professionally with team members andmanagement Assist with training new staff as needed Help with opening, closing, and side work to maintain standards Qualifications Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ for bartending responsibilities Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Professional, reliable, and team-o
