Bartender/Server

This position is a serving Postion with 1-2 Shifts per week behind the bar to fill in for days off for our bartender. The rest of the shifts will be on the Floor Serving So please understand if you're only wanting to bartend this position is not for you. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar area, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Take orders from customers and provide prompt service while ensuring accuracy in drink preparation. Handle cash transactions efficiently using a cash register or POS system. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service practices. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe drinking environment for all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders with food service. Taking Food Orders and To Go orders Skills Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Bartending Experience Required Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain health standards at the bar.
