Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills.As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment.Your ability to engage with customers and provide top-notch service will be crucial in enhancing their overall experience. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and replenishing supplies. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments. Assist in catering events as needed, ensuring that all beverage services meet the expectations of our clients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and seasonal offerings to enhance the menu. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications - Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in sales or catering is a plus, as it enhances the ability to upsell menu items. Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is beneficial. Knowledge of food service operations within a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
