Bartender/Server

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in food service, bartending, or related field Proficiency in retail math for handling payments and making change Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service Familiarity with catering services is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Understanding of basic restaurant operations and customer service principles This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for the food and beverage industry.
