Experienced Bartender / Server willing to learn and grow needed. Must have knowledge of classic cocktails, the ability to study and learn house specialty drinks and most importantly, have a great personality! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders, payments, and manage tabs efficiently Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food pairings and specials Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through excellent time management and multitasking skills Requirements Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately using retail math and basic math skills Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws and regulations Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities during busy shifts Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
