About us Cut-5 is a full service restaurant within the luxurious, resort-style community of Boca Bridges, by GL Homes. Bartender Server Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and experienced Bartender Server to provide excellent customer service in our restaurant. The Bartender Server will be responsible for taking orders from customers, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience. Bartender Server Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly manner Take drink orders and serve drinks to customers Receive payment for drinks and provide change Monitor customer consumption and stop service when necessary Ensure that the bar area is clean and organized at all times Stock and restock all necessary supplies Maintain a working knowledge of all drink menus and specials Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines set by the establishment Provide excellent customer service Bartender Server Requirements and Qualifications Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and good organizational skills Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be over 21 years old Pay includes a base hourly rate between $16-$25, plus applicable tips. Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week Experience Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
