Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Club Prophet and deliver prompt service to guests. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience. Manage cash handling duties including cashiering and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Assist in setting up banquet events or nightclub functions as needed, providing excellent catering and serving support. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with alcohol service regulations while promoting a fun yet responsible atmosphere. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Club Prophet for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle inquiries professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to maintain health compliance. Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling, retail math, and billing accuracy. Experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a plus; certification in food industry safety is preferred.
