Our work environment includes Food provided Growth opportunities Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections Maintain a clean and organized bar area Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Assist with banquet and catering events as needed Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry preferred Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
