Job Overview Join our team as a Weekend Bartender where you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Looking for great attendance and work ethic in a candidate. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register Upsell drinks and promote special offers Skills: Experience with bartending and food handling Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently Familiarity with point-of-sale systems Proficiency in basic math for calculating bills and handling payments Sales skills to promote drinks and increase revenue Ability to work in a lounge/pub setting Helpful attitude towards customers and willingness to assist where needed WEEKENDS ARE A MUST Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $10.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Ability to Commute: La Valle, WI 53941 (Required) Ability to Relocate: La Valle, WI 53941: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
