Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability for am and pm shifts and a passion and commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Utilize basic math skills for accurate drink pricing and cash management. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant setting is preferred Familiarity with Toast is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
