Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the bar environment. Skills Strong hospitality skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Familiarity with food handling procedures in the food service industry. Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in nightlife or bartending roles, is advantageous.
