Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management Foster and maintain a positive work environment Requirements Resume and proven working experience in the restaurant or customer service industry Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Working well within a team Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Ability to stand for long periods Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast No previous bartending experience necessary Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location: In person
