This role requires strong communication skills, prior bartending experience, and the ability to thrive during busy weekends, holidays, and outdoor mountain operations while representing Crystal Mountain with professionalism and hospitality. Essential Duties Set up for daily service including dishware, glassware, silverware, linens, and other amenities according to daily procedures and the Restaurant General Manager's direction. Serve alcohol within the laws of the Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board and Washington State Health Department. Clean equipment and serving utensils, as well as maintaining clean tables and server stations. Stock inventory and supplies as appropriate.
