Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable experience. Take orders for food and drinks, process transactions with cash handling and cashiering skills, and manage tabs responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment in nightclub or banquet settings; respond promptly to any issues or concerns. Assist with catering events or special functions by serving food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests and creating a lively atmosphere. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks, food, and managing payments. Experience in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving in fast-paced environments is advantageous. Excellent communication skills; ability to work well within a team in retail math or restaurant experience settings.
