Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and responsible serving guidelines Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling standards and health regulations Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales while building rapport with patrons in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting Monitor guest behavior, enforce age restrictions, and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties by serving beverages promptly and managing multiple tables or stations as needed Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety standards, responsible alcohol service practices, and food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions, retail math calculations, and drink recipes Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that creates welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele Experience in retail math, brewing knowledge, or hospitality roles is advantageous but not required Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
