What You’ll Do Serve drinks and pour beer with skill, enthusiasm, and care Create an inviting and memorable experience for every guest, with an exuberant personality and knowledge of our local craft Handle high-volume service across three distinct floors, including a honky tonk main floor, bourbon bar lounge, and rooftop facing Bridgestone Stay knowledgeable about our occasionally rotating craft beer selection and cocktail menu Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols. Work closely with barbacks, security, and shift managers to maintain a smooth workflow Represent the vibe of Nashville hospitality: authentic, upbeat, and always guest-focused What We’re Looking For 1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced bar venue Strong multitasking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure A passion for music, locally crafted beer, and guest connection Excellent communication and a strong team-mindset TABC Certification (or willingness to obtain promptly) Ready to pour pints, sling cocktails, serve tableside, and be part of something electric?
