Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety protocols are followed. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently to meet high-volume demands during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights at events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and processing payments. Previous experience in food service or hospitality industries is advantageous; retail math skills are a plus. Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering experience is beneficial but not required.
