Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar or during catering events. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Skills Strong knowledge of food service practices and fine dining etiquette. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience in catering environments is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with brewing techniques is beneficial for crafting specialty drinks. Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
