Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and other offerings Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or catering functions such as banquets or private parties Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service standards Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques in compliance with health codes Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions, retail math understanding for sales promotion opportunities Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in licensed establishments; knowledge of brewing processes is a plus Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, or special event shifts as needed Join us as a vital part of our hospitality team where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
